Product Information
1. Information about products available in the store, in particular their description, price, size, material composition, availability, and estimated delivery time, can be found on the individual product page.

2. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. The Seller strives to present products as accurately as possible; however, colors may vary slightly depending on the Customer's screen settings.

3. For products made in small batches or made to order, the delivery time may be up to 14 business days, unless a different time is indicated for the product.

4. Customers should review the size chart and product description before placing an order.

Placing Orders
1. Orders can be placed through the online store 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

2. To place an order, the Customer selects the product, size, quantity, and other available options, and then adds the product to the cart.

3. The Customer then provides the information necessary to complete the order, including their name, delivery address, email address, phone number, and select the payment and delivery method.

4. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the obligation to pay the price for the ordered product.

5. The sales contract is concluded upon confirmation of order acceptance by the Seller, sent to the Customer's email address.

6. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to process an order if the product is unavailable, the Customer provides incorrect information, or payment is not made.

Customer Account
1. The Store may allow you to create a customer account.

2. Creating an account is voluntary and not necessary to place an order, unless the Store expressly states otherwise.

3. The Customer is obligated to provide accurate information and secure access to their account.

Personal Data and Privacy
1. The Seller: online store available at: www.kardaszkurdas.com is the controller of Customers' personal data.

2. Customers' personal data is processed for the following purposes:

- order fulfillment,

- payment processing,

- product delivery,

- handling complaints and returns,

- contacting the Customer,

- fulfilling accounting and tax obligations,

- pursuing or defending claims.

3. Data may be transferred to entities supporting the Seller in order fulfillment, in particular courier companies, payment processors, accounting, hosting, and IT service providers.

4. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to place and fulfill the order.

5. Customers have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, transfer, and object to their data, as permitted by law.

6. Customers have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

7. Detailed rules for personal data processing should be described in a separate Privacy Policy available on the Store's website. A document called a "privacy policy" is not always strictly required, but stores processing customer data must comply with the disclosure obligations under the GDPR.
